The Company will not provide personal information it handles to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual, except in the following cases:

1. Where personal information is provided in connection with outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use;
2. Where personal information is provided in connection with a business succession due to a merger or other reasons; or
3. Where otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information it handles and to otherwise ensure the security management of personal information. When the Company receives a request from an individual for disclosure of personal information (retained personal data) held by the Company, the Company will verify that the request is made by the individual themselves and will disclose the information to the individual without delay (if such personal information does not exist, the Company will notify the individual to that effect). However, this does not apply where the Company is not obligated to disclose the information under the APPI. Please note that the Company may request payment of a fee separately determined by the Company for disclosure of personal information. When the Company receives a request from an individual for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision (hereinafter “Correction, etc.”) of personal information (retained personal data) held by the Company on the grounds that the content of such personal information is inaccurate, the Company will verify that the request is made by the individual themselves, conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, perform the Correction, etc. as necessary and notify the individual to that effect (if the Company decides not to perform the Correction, etc., the Company will notify the individual to that effect). However, this does not apply where the Company is not obligated to perform the Correction, etc. under the APPI.

On the Company’s website, the Company or third parties authorized by the Company may collect information such as users’ visit history to the Company’s website, browser type and version, language settings, IP addresses, and device-specific IDs. The Company may also use cookies and similar technologies to accumulate and use user information. Users who wish to disable cookies may do so by changing their web browser settings. Please note, however, that disabling cookies may prevent users from using some features of the Company’s website.

The Company may amend this Policy as necessary. However, where an amendment to this Policy requires the consent of the individual under applicable laws and regulations, the amended Policy shall apply only to individuals who have consented to the amendment through the method prescribed by the Company. When the Company amends this Policy, it will notify users of the effective date and content of the amended Policy by posting on the Company’s website or through other appropriate means.
